Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

1. General Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Product Conditions Required for Returns/Exchanges
To approve a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition in which you received it
- Be unworn and unused
- Include all original tags
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
If the item does not meet these conditions, GEES may reject the return or exchange.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin any return or exchange, contact us at:

Please include the following:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item you want to return or exchange
- Reason (e.g., wrong size chosen, damaged item, incorrect item received)
We will reply with the next steps depending on your case.
4. Size Exchanges
4.1 When the customer chose the wrong size (customer sizing error)
If you received the size you ordered, but wish to exchange it because the fit isn’t right, the process is as follows:
Requesting the exchange
Email us at thegeesproject@gmail.com including:
- Order number
- Size received
- Size requested
Confirmation & shipping address
- We will confirm if the requested size is available.
- We will privately provide the address where you must ship the item.
Shipping the product back to GEES
- You must ship the item to the address provided.
- The item must meet all conditions listed in Section 2.
- Shipping costs to GEES are the customer’s responsibility.
Inspection
Once we receive the package, we will inspect the item to verify its condition.
Exchange approval & new shipment
- We will confirm whether the exchange is approved.
- If the requested size is still available, we will send it to you.
- If the size is no longer available, we will offer alternatives:
- Another available size
- A different product of similar value
- Store credit
Note: For exchanges due to customer sizing error, we do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges (subject to availability) or store credit apply.
4.2 When GEES sent the wrong size (our responsibility)
If you received a size different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately at:

Include:
- Order number
- Photo of the product and size label
If we confirm it was our mistake:
- We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will send the correct size at no cost.
- If the correct size is unavailable, you may choose between:
- A full refund
- An exchange for another product of similar value
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
This allows us to evaluate the issue and offer the appropriate solution (replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the case).
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
7. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period – European Union
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be:
- In the same condition as delivered
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
8. Refunds
We will notify you once:
- We have received and inspected your return
- We have approved or rejected your refund
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
