At GEESWEAR, we stand behind the quality and durability of every garment we create. Our warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and ensures that you receive the standard of excellence our brand represents.
What Our Warranty Covers
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. These may include:
- Fabric defects or structural flaws
- Defective stitching or seams
- Print or embroidery imperfections not caused by use
- Any issue clearly originating from production
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, stretching, cutting, or force
- Stains, burns, discoloration, or washing-related damage
- Items without original tags or that appear heavily used
- Damage from third-party alterations or modifications
Warranty Period
Our standard warranty is valid for 30 days from the moment your order is delivered. After this period, GEESWEAR cannot offer free replacements, repairs, or compensation.
How to Request a Warranty Review
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us:

- Order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
Warranty Process
- Contact us with your order number and evidence of the defect.
- Our team reviews your case to determine if it qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
- If approved, we will send you instructions and the correct return address.
- Once we receive the item and confirm the defect, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the same item and size (if available), or
- Store credit if the item is out of stock
⚠ Important Notice
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and without signs of heavy use. GEESWEAR reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if the item shows misuse or damage outside the scope of manufacturing defects.
